CPP stands for Commercial Package Policy. This is a group of commercial insurance policies of various LOBs such as Crime, auto, Commercial fire, BOND, General Liability and so on.

I was working under Crime and Fidelity line of business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain the crime side of the insurance software (AmTrustOnline). Software where policies are create by the insurance agents.

Have developed a web page for only underwriters where they can performed some underwriter

specific operations . In ths had to work directly with BA's and testers.

Optimized some of the pages that were very slow.

Was also involved in the transition from one system to another (There were two types of

Project: Call Center Management

Duration: December 2009-Febraury 2010.

It is a web based project with the objective of helping in running a call center. The information relating to customer queries/complaints, products, management reporting and administrative support where captured as part of the project. I was involved in the development of customer section and part of management reports section. The customer module had about 17 web forms dealing with the customer enrolment, login, query form, complaint form etc. The management reports where generated on information such as how many customers logged in during a given period, what is the query status for each customer etc.
