Jet Engine Mechanic, U.S. Air Force Bellevue, NE, 2003-2017
Performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 29 ISR aircraft. Performed aircraft launch, recovery and servicing. Maintained, inspected, repaired, monitored performance data, and operated General Electric F-108 (CFM56) and TF-33 P-5/P-9 jet engines. Trained and supervised junior members on jet engine maintenance procedures. Advised sortie production of technical problems. Documented applicable maintenance records; completed historical data in the Integrated Maintenance Data System.
Aircraft Operations Controller, U.S. Air Force Bellevue, NE, 2014-2016
Monitored statuses of assigned RC-135 variants (707 aircraft), Boeing E-4B (747 aircraft), and U.S. Navy TACAMOs in the Maintenance Operations Center. Tracked scheduled/unscheduled maintenance actions, communicated secure/sensitive information, verified policies and reports for $7.2-Billion-dollar fleet. Ensured required maintenance and servicing requirements are accomplished. Coordinated movement for transient alert/Distinguished Visitor aircraft. Implemented emergency management actions with base Fire Dept., Wing Safety, and Security Forces to ensure timely support is available when required.
