Managing Director Jan 2016 – Current

Currently managing a professional services business in the Analytics/Big Data space for 1 major North-America wireless operator related to Network Performance and Information Management bringing graphical and deep technical view of the customer’s network performance in near real time, processing more than 1 billion data rows per day. This project contributes with more than $10MM USD per year in services revenue.

Advisory to staffing plan and technical ramp-up of a Customer Experience Manager solution deployed in Latin America in a Tier-1 Regional wireless operator with more of 280 million subscribers. This project is currently deployed in 9 countries simultaneously.

Co-led with the Senior Managing Director of the Analytics space, the structure of the Analytics Regional Competence Center that will enable the overall company plan of increasing market share in the Big Data space. This project aims to guide operators to extract maximum value out of the colossal amount of data collected – to position them as leaders.

Responsible for Software Integration Services practice for the entire Latin America region. Total Services Sales for the past 3 years +$100MM USD with margins above 48%.

Deployed emerging Applications in the following domains: IMS, VoLTE, OSS/BSS, SDM, Payment&Charging and messaging. These solutions allowed customers to increase their products offerings to their final customers improving customer satisfaction and ARPU value.

Built a dynamic and cost efficient staffing resource plan to support professional services work in 12 countries from 4 major resource hubs in Latin-America, improving the use of sub-contractors and reducing 40% in overall project costs related to staff.
