JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Conceptualize new ideas for training and development of the work force for inculcating discipline, culture of quality and respect for human values.

Rejection Analysis by Applying tool i.e. Pareto Analysis, Cause & Effect diagram etc.

Ensure Uninterrupted running of lines by quick solving of day to day quality problems.

To prepare quality summary and report to quality manager.

To handle and interact with Customer for Product Complaints.

To analysis and take Corrective and preventive action for Customer complaint and in process complaints

Coordinate the selection and implementation of quality control equipment such as inspection gauges.

Apply continuous improvement methods of Manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.

Verify that raw materials, purchased parts or components, in-process samples, and finished products meet established testing and inspection standards.

Working closely with Technical group and ensure successful APQP and PPAP programs.

Interacting with supplier’s for Quality Complaints, trends and new development.

Root-Cause analysis through various tools likes Why-Why analysis & Fishbone diagram & instituting corrective and preventive action.

Performing Process & product audit as per planned.

Facilitate the process owner in identifying the root cause of the failure, prescribing permanent corrective and preventive action and verifying the effectiveness of action taken.

Monitor/track all internal non-conformance and customer concern data, identify trends and targets for manufacturing improvement and support improvement teams in achieving improvement targets.

Coordinate the selection and implementation of quality control equipment such as inspection gauges
