Role: Scrum Master

The objective of the project was to assist in purchasing and implementing a new underwriting and policy administrative system. Also assisted in developing and improving the company’s scrum methodology.

Responsibilities:

Worked with IT managers to develop a plan to apply Agile Scrum methodology. Currently part of a massive companywide agile transformation.
