Professional Accomplishments

Capital Project Manager: These responsibilities included the development of project scope, overview of project design drawings, organizing the requests for quotes (RFQ), management of the bidding process, contractor selection, coordination project execution, and final project closeout. Interface with Product Line Managers, Marketing/Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D Management to support all projects. Facility Manager: Accountable for all the day-to-day facility operations including site services, janitorial services, landscaping, contractor management, building utilities, building safety, building fire systems, energy conservation, recycling and waste management, emergency response, business continuity plans, and liaising with all local/state/federal agencies.

Site Shutdown/Turnaround Manager with tasks ranging from the accurate coding of work orders within CMMS, to detailed work scheduling/planning, to the physical execution of the large multifaceted shutdowns and turnarounds. These shutdowns range from small single critical path, 2-4 day events to large complex multiple critical paths tasks, 87,000 man hour, 24/hr/day, 21 days events with 400+ contractors.

Maintenance Planning Manager with responsibilities range from planning daily maintenance activities to complete site shutdown. The following is a short list of duties: providing guidance to maintenance planners on effective planning and scheduling of emergency, corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenances; ensuring work orders are properly prioritized and codified in CMMS; assembly of work order packages contains all necessary documentation such as LOTO directive, permits instructions, and parts list: performing root cause investigations; publishing maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); upgrading maintenance procedures; and overseeing customary maintenance projects.

Maintenance/Reliability Engineer responsible for correcting unplanned day to day mechanical failures, performing FMEAs and instituting corrective actions, selection of replacements for obsolete equipment and obtaining the necessary approvals, establishing equipment criticality listings, auditing repair parts listings, creating bills of materials, directing equipment retrofits, and tracking MTTRs and MTBRs as well as others KPIs.
