•Architected, designed, and developed web application for the Knowledge Management "Entity Review and Annotation Tool (SMART) [.Net 2010 - MVC 3(C#, JavaScript, jQuery, json, Ajax, HTML/DHTML, LINQ, runs on IE or Mozilla Firefox, RESTful web service)]. This tool allows Knowledge management team to "tag" terms from multiple terminology sources to entities that were created in ACD product.

•Architected, designed, and developed web application for the Clinical Decision Support Consortium Knowledge Management Portal (CDSC K Portal) [.Net VS 2010 (C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML), Microsoft SqL Server 2008(Stored Procedures), XSL/XML/XPATH]. It is composed of three working models (i) virtual collaboration space, (ii) content management and publishing services, and (iii) a clinical decision support (CDS) library utilizing the services afforded by EMC documented for content web publishing.

•Architected, designed, and developed web application for eMapper, the Order Entry Template Mapper [.Net VS 2005(C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML) and Microsoft Sql Server 2005 (Stored Procedures, DB architecture, design)]. It supports an abstract medical idea, represented in the database by a GUID (globally unique identifier) and associated with ways of describing it in words, called terms. Concepts may be general or specific. The most general, at the top of a hierarchy, is called the "root concept" eMapper creates mapping between templates and subsets, creates Active, Audit, or Custom reports and exports data into Excel, Word, or IE.

•Architected, designed, and developed web application for extracting, transforming, and integrating data from five different source systems (Cache) and storing this integrated data in operational data store [.Net VS 2005 (C#, JavaScript, web and Console applications), Cache (Web services), and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (Stored Procedures)].

•"Patient Site" - patient’s self-service, including online prescription renewal, appointment scheduling, e-Consultation, etc., as well as two-way patient communications with medical service providers and physicians. Patient Site supports IE and Netscape browsers.

•"Lab Result" messages which office staff could forward to patients.

•"Transcription Report" - office staff could click "View detail" and see, for example, X-Rays.

•"Dictations to Sign" - a physician receives the report, for example, "autopsy report" which has to be signed. The doctor can edit the report until it has been signed.

•HVLABFeeds project - created business objects using VB6 to process XML files with Lab/Text results to persist data in Oracle and MS SQL Server database using SQL and SP.

•Designed and developed M SQL Server stored Procedures for insert, update, or retrieval of data.

•Developed Business Objects for different projects using VB6 to retrieve data from or save/update in ORACLE or SQL DB.

This client server tool was developed in VB4 and MS Access 95. The software was developed for in-house use, but was intended be commercialized.
