My last employment in the SIGINT field was as a LEMONWOOD Operator/Specialist/Analyst on a contract for Honeywell Technical Solutions Inc. (HTSI) in a SE Asia location. My duties included the search, acquisition, analysis, collection, and forwarding of specific Satellite communications (COMSAT) signals of interest (SOIs); operating terminal equipment related to real-time link forwarding and tuning of signals; operating unique systems for recording, controlling, and distribution of signals; operating various computer systems, signal analytical equipment and databases; populating and utilizing geospatial databases in the prosecution of site's mission. I was also tasked with the execution of intercept accounting functions and maintaining online communications with field elements and coordinating with customer's mission managers. As an Operator/Specialist/Analyst I provided 24 hours a day/7 days per week support for the LEMONWOOD mission operations on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. I have had outside the continental United States (OCONUS) tours prosecuting COMSAT missions and managed satellite collection, reporting and analysis of SOIs. I managed the 24-hour Watch Office at a large Continental United States (CONUS) field location. I have served at various OCONUS locations to include "war-zone" areas. I worked as a signals intelligence collector, processor, analyst, reporter and manager at small field sites where personnel had to "wear many hats" in order to prosecute the mission. I was Officer-in-Charge (OIC) and a division level manager at OCONUS and CONUS locations respectfully, responsible for collection, analysis, signals intelligence (SIGINT) reporting, and Collection Management for national and local level customers. I was site's liaison to Defense Attaches and Chiefs of Mission at OCONUS sites responsible for briefing them on SIGINT issues of interest. As a Department of Defense (DOD) employee, I was assigned as the leader of a quick reaction (QRC) team responsible for providing emergency ad hoc support at various locations where said support was deemed critical often with little notice. I am prepared to continue to perform ad hoc requirements as deemed necessary.
