When Rosel got her Bachelor’s Degree a month after, she was hired in Jollibee Restaurant (franchise store) located in Roxas City Capiz. Since it is her first job, being in a Managerial position is not quite easy yet, she strive hard to learn and do her best as the nature of work is really in a fast pace. When the 3rd Jollibee store opened in their place, the company entrust it to Rosel being the Over-all incharge of the store.
