Engineering Lab Technician: Testing prototype and specialty products (accelerometers, charge amplifiers, pressure sensors other). Experience in vibration (testing, basic design, understanding “Quartz crystal unit design” principles and more). Designed test fixtures and products using PRO-E software. Designed magnetic mount for low frequency accelerometers (very high, optimized/calculated pull force and maximum temperature, optimized size; assigned shape). Able to use Frequency Analyzer and other advanced testing equipment. Lead free PCB soldering. Assembly of a new pressure sensors, accelerometers and electronics (amplifiers, testers, converters).
