Rating and billing is carried out in batch mode with a bill being generated for the service providers. It provides all solutions related to postpaid end to end telecom solutions. In this Project, Postpaid Rating and Billing team handles all the billing Activities, issues related to billing and configurations related to Rating. Operations team on the other hand looks into customer complaints, payment reversals, implementing promotional activities and customer life cycle management activities, Performing additional Operational tasks like Monitoring Rating Processes, Rejection Processing, Re-rating, Generating additional reports as requested by Client. Description:
AIPBS is the new System being developed which stands for “Applicative Infrastructure Productive Banking System”. The proposed system is a Payment Order Processing System. The developed system will have interfaces with existing systems such as IBO-MGMT (Interactive Banking Objective-Management), EBF (Electronic Banking Facility) and ICF (Interactive Credit Facility). The developed system consists of Standard Connector, IBO-MGMT and IBO-Sluice.
The IBO-Sluice processes the payment order of other banks. The Standard Connector processes the payment orders within the Post Bank. The IBO-MGMT is the core, which involves Validation, Authorization, Booking, Reservation, and Reconciliation processes. The EBF (Electronic Banking) is an existing system, which supplies on-line transaction details (such as Credit Cards) to the IBO-MGMT for processing.
Responsibilities:
Involved in writing complex SQL Queries, PLSQL code to implement the business requirements.
Clarifying and resolving the Tickets raised by the customers.
Involved in ITIL Process-Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Assisting L2 support team for application issues during the business operations.
