SENIOR NETWORK SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - THE SEVILLEGROUP INC. - 2004 - 2016 Handle all network and end user support for over 100 users of the WCCUSD District Bond Management Program Team. Manage departments, users, and devices with AD OUs and Group Policy within Active Directory. Manage and maintain software/hardware for Windows 2003, 2012 Server, Exchange 2003, 2010, VSX VMWare (which I had another 6 servers running; Print Server, File Server, DCs, PPAC Server, Web Server, DHCP Server and SQL Server 2003 & 2007). I would also maintain all switches, routers, firewall, battery backups (testing and maintaining the battery themselves), all laser and consumer base printers (HP, Dell, and Xerox Copiers). I would perform daily backup with all essential software and files. I also handle all mobile devices; to support, and deployment. I am also the web master for two bond program website. One is call (WCCUSd Bond Program and CBOC website). I am also a system administrator for our off site servers called Project Solve 2. Project Solve 2 was a project management software that allows CM, PM, and PE to keep track of their school projects. I would have to handle new project creations, train new users, and maintain all data on those servers. I also helped R&D department to test out new software and hardware to make the network more efficient. I would also project future cost for IT department for the next fiscal year. On top of my regular duties, I would also provide Helpdesk support onsite and off-site. I would write reports, from incident reports of the week, to server maintenance, to suggestions for improvement and equipment needs. Manage all service request through the ticketing system. I would also have weekly meetings with my managers to discuss about servers, web design, and incident reports. QA ANALYST - RING2, LTD. 2004-2010
Duties would be to create test harness, matrixes, documents and manage our bug tracking database. I would meet on a daily basis with engineers and project manager to go over status reports and their progress. Would also use CDE and JDE to debug software against mobile devices.
