• At Instartlogic, successfully implemented & have single handedly driven the Compensation survey for multiple job functions thereby introducing formal job levels & pay ranges in the company- used Culpepper as the tool.
• At Nextlabs, got an opportunity to work with Payscale (Compensation survey tool) for bringing in sanity to the internal compensation structure
• Managed Stock Options Incentive Plan (used Solium Tool) at Instartlogic, including fielding Q&As from employees regarding Stock options.
• At Instartlogic, I was involved at defining Variable compensation structure for Sales Development representatives & Account executives.
• Executed the 401K Non discrimination testing at Nextlabs Inc. and single point of contact for all 401k related queries
• Managed HRIS tool and single point of contact for TRINET’s Representative at Instartlogic and Nextlabs
