Responsible of Implementation and Technical Support business unit. Coordinate a Team of 7 members to provide services on Engineering, Implementation and Technical Support for Telecomunication technologies services.

We design, build and implement telecomunication networks with following technologies : DOCSIS, DSL, Wireless, FTTH, HFC, GePON. We provide infraestructure services and customized software for ISP and Telephony Operators. We have a Lab where we build mirros scenarios and test software and solutions prior implementation.

Pryscom (Nokia’s Partner, Telecommunication Service Provider) 2004 As General Manager of Pryscom’s local subsidiary I have the responsibilities to head all business in Argentina including:

Deployment new business in the country.

Leading directly customer relationship.

Accountant for local company results.

Managed all internal areas: Finance, Engineering, Operation, and at least 3 subcontractors. I was responsible a team of 35 people. As Central Region Program Manager I was responsible of a team of 38, including Jr. PMs, Installers, Testers, Logistics, Technical Support. Additionally manage more than 4 service providers.
