Project Management: Led enterprise level hardware/software maintenance and installation; oversaw repair parts budget responsible for ordering parts needed to ensure system uptime and replace out of life systems in addition to performing help desk support duties.
Security: Strengthened system/network security and hardening, including tracking major naval operations responsible for reducing network attack surface and PII exposure risk.
Troubleshooting: Rectified many issues by using best practices in system log analysis, backup restore, network operating center security, user account/permissions management and systems/software auditing.
