Performed field audits on bank’s prospective and existing client’s books and records with emphasis on Financial Statements, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Cash Analysis of Receipts and Disbursement, Bank Reconciliation, Taxes {Federal & State Returns, Payroll, Sales, and Property), Insurance (Property, Foreign and Domestic Credits), etc.

Presented findings and recommendations in report form.

Interfaced with Bank’s Audit and Relationship Managers and customers regarding auditing, financial, loans, compliance, and collateral management related issues.

Assisted Analysis and Loan Section in calculating Borrowers’ collateral and borrowing base on a monthly basis and reported preliminary and final results to clients and Loan Support Group.

Position elimination as the bank decided to outsource all audit works.

Analyzed and reviewed balance sheet and income statements and validated cash position and activity.

Interfaced with Audit and Executive Managers and customers regarding auditing, financial, loans, compliance, and collateral management related issues.

Began as Senior Auditor in July 1996; promoted to AVP Senior Auditor – Team Leader in July 2000.

The California Division of Financial Institutions closed Southern Pacific Bank (parent of Coast Business Credit) and the FDIC was named Receiver.
