e-Bonding is a customer request for Automatic creation of Service Orders, Updating Orders, request orders and warranty through email, FTP, Web services, Service Now. As part of the Zebra Release2 (R2) deployment the e-Bonding Reports which are facilitated through SDPRD database and Actuate system in existing environment will be replaced by reporting through Asset Visibility Platform (AVP). AVP Platform is the target platform to deliver e-Bonding reports adding a new tool “Jasper Soft” to its platform which will facilitate in scheduling and delivery of these reports via email in CSV format. The file extraction (ETL) from DWH will be loaded in to SFTP location which flows into IMPALA data base and JASPERSOFT through automated process. Configure Price and Quote (CPQ) module is built using Sales Force system and the CPQ module is integrated with Siebel ERP to create sales orders. Responsibilities:
Worked with both development and business teams to understand the business process of the application.
Responsible for Integration (End to End testing) and UAT testing for the CPQ module. CPQ module includes following functionalities: Opportunity Product Management, Price Concession Creation, Price Concession Submission, Price Concession Approval Process, Price Concession Rejection/Recalled Process, Price Concession Revision, Publish Price Concession, tested Price Concession Integration with Siebel, Cancel/Expire Price Concession, and Data Conversion as part of APAC Price Concession and Siebel Sales Order creation for various business processes.
