Objectives

My objective is to get work in the area of IT support and assistance with an organization. I also have an HP certification Service Technician which allows me to repair any HP equipment.

Stefania Southfield, Michigan Project was with John Deere Cary, NC

Started on Deere Project at their manufacturing plant in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina for seven years I am now working at their John Deere Ag & Turf unit in Cary, North Carolina. Level 2 technical assistance and support, and resolve problems related to the use of computer hardware and software for end users.

Working in an SLA environment I provide analysis and solutions to the end user in a timely manner.

Extensive knowledge in OS and related configurations. Experienced in Active Directory user administration, OS imaging processes, ticketing, software installation and imaging tools, automated help desk systems and Certified to work on all HP laptops, workstations, desktops and tablets.

Basic knowledge of servers, switches and routers troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN issues.

Basic knowledge of backup technologies.

Perform additional projects requested by end users and have suggested had approved and then implemented for IT integrators.

Skills

Worked in Manufacturing/Shop Floor environment and have a good understanding of factory processes.

Ability to work in a team-oriented multi-tiered environment which is ever changing.

Strong skill in conveying technical information and material to non-technical end users and managers.

Deliver excellent service on time with a high degree of end user satisfaction.
