Working closely with customers to analyze diagnostics from self-checkout issues to determine if the issue is hardware related or software related. If hardware related I usually am able to tell them what to have the field tech do. If the problem is software related I narrow the problem down to the point where the Level 4 support engineer can quickly get to the problem. I use filtering tools to make diagnostics easier and faster to read.

Started off as a test technician in systems integration testing (SIT) where I designed test scripts from functional specifications and drove a testing team as the senior technician.
