All safety reporting, training, permit to work management, equipment deliveries, tank deliveries, crane management, scheduling owners meetings, 2 week look ahead review meetings. The MEP PM managed project engineers, schedulers, field engineers, interns, materials manager, engineering managers and commissioning. Maintained cost, change orders and RFIs.

2014-2016 Construction Manager: (contractor) Turner Construction, Malta, NY. Global Foundries Fab 8.1 EXT. Managed all bulk gas delivery systems, spec gas Ultra High Purity (UHP) delivery systems, Spec gas pad, bulk chemical delivery systems, Process Chilled Water (PCW), Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) 1,800 GPM, Drains/Acid Waste Neutralization (AWN) and scrubbed exhaust systems: scope $185 MM

Responsibilities included managing all schedules; 2 week look ahead schedules, and master schedule. All safety reporting, training, permit to work management, equipment deliveries, tank deliveries, crane management, scheduling owners meetings, 2 week look ahead review meetings. 2010-2014 Construction Manager: Hoffman Construction Hillsboro, OR and Chandler, AZ: Fab D1X Mod 1, Fab 42 and D1X Mod 2. Managed all waste systems in Fabrication Facility (Fab) and the Central Utilities Building (CUB).

Responsibilities included managing the field installations, maintaining schedule, reporting into Latista (Project Management/Commissioning software) several report out meetings regarding schedules and cost. Managed Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) and Facility Acceptance Test (FAT). Managed Commissioning and managed punch list and turn over.

2004-Present President RVX Land Company. (Water rights)

1997-2003 Production supervisor: Environmentally Safe Cleaning Alternatives (ESCA), Albuquerque, NM. Mesa, AZ. Gresham, OR, Carrolton, TX. Lex lip, Ire. ESCA out sourced parts cleaning for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. ESCA develop environmental cleaning processes such as CO2 blasting and Laser ablation.

Responsibilities included a wide variety of responsibilities of a Production Manager, I primarily focused on production and maintaining equipment.

1991-1997 Operations Manager: Control Systems, Inc. (CSI) Albuquerque, NM., Chandler, AZ. CSI design, manufactured and install Valve Manifold Boxes (VMB) Reengineered gas panels, Gas Cabinets, gas panels for diffusion furnaces, reengineer CVD gas panels. Major retrofits mainly Gas boxes.

Responsibilities included maintaining production schedules and maintaining 3MM in inventory.

1987-1991 Lead field Technician: Technical Services Inc. (TSI) Albuquerque, NM. Austin, TX. TSI provided 3rd party analytical services for the Semiconductor manufacturing industry. Grew rapidly by distinguishing TSI as leading edge with state of the art equipment services and great people.

Responsibilities included all field installations and certification throughout the Americas

1984-1987 Operations Manager: Integrated Gas Systems Inc. (IGS) Houston, TX. IGS was one of the first Ultra High Purity (UHP) mechanical companies in the world.

Responsibilities included logistics, purchasing, materials deliveries, accommodations, badges, field training, schedule, installation, and certification, demobilize.

1982-1984 CM: Frankfurt Properties Dallas, TX. Frankfurt Properties built apartments throughout the greater Dallas area.

Responsibilities include field supervision, scheduling, permitting, inspections, and site coordination.
