As a hands-on Director, was responsible for all network infrastructure/security, a staff of 8 to 15 people, and a budget of $12M to $17M.

Was responsible for network integration and architecture for 18 domestic sites and 3 international sites, with over 1,000 users. Many of these sites were acquired through merger acquisition, and had unique technology. Over a period of 12 months was able to architect contiguous WAN/LAN environments that provided better service to the end user. Implement Areohive best in class lattice wireless infrastructure at all locations with multiple SSID and VLANs.

Rebuilt and reorganized the entire IT team into an effective single shared services group across the entire enterprise. Managed all vendor relationships and consolidated all IT purchasing which leveraged buying power and reduced annual cost of operation by $500K. Also restructured and consolidated billing for all telecom, wireless and data services to reduce administrative overhead by lowing MRC by 50% which resulting in a and annual savings of $750K.
