Field Cell 772-***-**** Office 407-***-**** I am responding to your posting seeking a postion as a Superintendant or Project Manager for your hotel division and I have over 25 years experience in Hotel renovation experience and I have managed crews as large as 90 tradesmen per project and many years traveling to next hotel project handling project staging to full production and completion to project break down and close out . I have handle all type of construction oversite and project management from commercial office buildings to assited living projects including office build outs .

I have a strong back ground in all phases of construction from bidding projects to project material needed from wall cover to carpet and all flooring and in specially in the proper materials from paints to adhesives for hotels and commercial project and have built 2 custom vacation homes for my family over the years in Florida and Tennessee

I have over 30 years as a superitendant and also as a project manager for Wall-Crafters By Design and our specialty is hotel travel work installations for Hotels and commercial buildings to ALF and medical and Condo common areas and I have handed all the Hotel Brands from Holiday Inn to Wyndham to Sheraton and Hilton Days Inn to Hampton Inn starwood hotels and most other brands . my focused on hotel on site management and full time travel, between projects I take time off when there is a break and spend my time fishing in the Florida Keys for a little time to decompress before the next project .

I have also taken over projects for Hotel Contractors in mid-stream and supervised all phases as each floor was turned over from the furniture to bathrooms renovation and lighting, carpet and down to the last picture hung and the final walk thru with district managers for hotel brand management to hotel staff and hotel owners with daily updates and pre-notice planning and weekly safety meetings with all crews as to company requirements of keeping project clean and safe as we go, I have strong history of Triple ( A ) safety approvals in my on site insurance inspection reports . My approach and management is based on scheduling and timing moving each type of trade crew in a timed order insuring the floor in turned over in a time manor and ahead of schedule when allowed . Hotel renovation always throw something at us that is unknown until we get behind the walls. I run a tieght operation with saftey in mind at all times along with keeping the project on schedule and on budget to deliver the project finish as contracted on time. Problems always arise unseen to the construction crew fro mold to frozen or locked up water shut off angle stops to leaking pipe in wall to concrete cutting or in the demo stage that require careful management and supervision and preparation in case of a water breaks and standby repair kits including saftey meetings and tool box talks with crews weekly . traveling from hotel to hotel and state to state comes with the job along with maintaining a travel crew or finding locals skilled in the profession to suit each renovation project and as such I have a long list of travel crew contracts for hotel renovations on new construction, my back ground is Union Trained and certified in 1975 in the painter & paper hangers union and in 1984 the Florida union with two years of commerical design and my family whom are all seasoned tradesmen and builders for over 50 years . I have a very strong back ground in all phases with over 30 plus years of hotel renovation I would be a asset to any hotel renovation company to keep project on schedule and on or under budget and professional managed and running clean and safe to deliver the project on or before the contract date .
