I've worked in the demolition field for the last 20 years and been a foreman for 19 years.I knows how to operate all of the lifts from scissor to boom lifts. I have taken basic first aid classes and safety programs. I know how to read blueprints and work all hand tools and jack hammers. I also can run hand tampers and other tools associated with trenching. I know how to run big crews and know how to make sure the work gets done correct and safe.

03/2012 - Current Diversified Destruction Co 10358 Buena Vista Ave, Santee, CA Bring all the tools for that job if i can’t bring them then make sure if a flatbed work truck is coming to the job make sure they grab and load up the tools we need. Make sure the job is laid out on what to demo and walk my laborers through it. Make sure the job is getting done correctly and to handle any problems that may come upkeep in communication with my estimator and let him know if any problems and how the job is going. Make sure the scope of work match the estimate. Care to follow state or federal labor policies. At the end of the day make sure all our tools are picked up and put away and are secure. Before i leave job site make sure time cards are signed and my daily paperwork is done and everybody knows how many hours they worked so that there are no problems when they get their pay checks. The work sites were on government, residential and commercial properties.

I started working in demolition field with a company called W.S.C. Services owned by Henry Mendoza. It started out as a small company and it grew to be a pretty big company. I also worked for a multimedia company doing promotional slide shows for big corporations such as N.C.R., Bridgestone tires; American Airlines, Hayworth Office Furniture and Burlington Railroad.
