Real Time Billing Systems. I monitor the customer care client platform to ensure the proper amount of funds
are deducted for various rate plans. Assist in writing of test plans. Test the IVR platform. Used GeoProbe monitoring
system to track call flow over SS7 network. Used call traces to find and correct errors on the network. Set up regression testing
to insure fixes worked as expected.

Responsible for software upgrades to Tekelec’s customers who owned their Eagle 5000 STP. Remotely
Accessed the customer’s equipment to perform a series of health checks prior to the system upgrade. Any
failing or outdated equipment in the systems were replaced. Executing these procedures helped in ensuring
a successfully upgrade within the customer’s maintenance window.

work. This data was used to pass FCC requirements for phase 1. Formatted data into files that were

Worked extensively with Verizon Wireless adding new cell sites to their network. Also added packet
pipes to existing sites. This involved working with the ECP doing cell site translations, and in the 5E building
packet pipe translations for the sites. Made cross connects for cell sites and trunks using the Tellabs 5500
and 532 DACS. Tested with Telco to ensure span integrity before cell turn up. This was a CDMA network.
