Currently looking to expand my working experience. Customer service representative February 2014-present Checking in passengers along with checking their documents for traveling handling luggage checked in. Ramp agent in charge of setting up the jet bridge for offloading and loading of passengers along with inbound and outbound containers. Making sure catering delivers correct meals, supervise cleaners making sure the aircraft is cleaned and security checks are performed before loading passengers. Gate lead in charge of boarding passengers, and fixing any mistakes during check in. Getting the flight pushed back on time.

Bag room agent supervising that all bags get loaded into correct containers, and making sure all checked in passengers baggage gets load before the end of flight. Flight control overseeing all the agents checked in their passengers correctly all need comments are enter, and fixing any mistakes before flight is closed.

Filler in charge of running my own machine and making sure it’s stocked with containers and lids while the production line is running. Cleaning machine during lock out period.
