Liase with Offshore Planning Engineer on revised planning due to additions/deletions in the Scope of Work (SOW) as well as materials availability together with Construction Supervisor/Superintendent, Matco and Planner/Scheduler.

Identify anomalies in the course of construction. Inform CSR and Construction Superintendent/Supervisor for action.

Assist Matco to check the project material received and identify material shortage.

Monitor job progress and assist Scheduler/TA on performance monitoring, ensure daily reporting to work pack Planning Engineer.

Monitor hydrotest scheme as per work pack. Amend onsite if necessary.

Capture all “ as-built “ and signed-off by SSB / SSPC Sr. Welding Inspector.

Mark-up drawings, prepare sketches, photos etc. For handover to SSB / SSPC for their “ as-built “ drawings.

Responsible for all documentation ( i.e. NDT, Hydrotest, As-Built (RMLU) ) compilation for inclusion in the Close-Out Report together with Planner/Scheduler and TA.

Maintain Project Log to record changes including plan, procedures, sequence logic, etc., problems, milestones achieved, progress as an input requirement for the preparation of the Post Project Critique Report including punch list items.

Boroscopic cleanliness inspection on liquate oxygen tank, expansion turbine, booster after cooler and oxygen service piping including Schwanner and VRV pipe spools and valves. Also ultra violet light rays inspection if there are any grease or oil residues on these materials.

Preservation of oxygen lines including static and rotating equipments. Also conduct cleanliness inspection on pipe spools, valves, spacers and flanges prior to re-instatement and pre-commissioning.
