Responsibilities: Leading various continuous improvement activities for the Wagner facility here in Albuquerque as well as at the various mine sites around the state, ie. Navajo, Tyrone, etc. that Wagner works at. Organized and ran various projects to ensure that positive gains were made, and that the goals of such activities were attained. Helped to understand and manage customer requirements, helped to align key business processes and metrics to achieve those requirements, utilized data analysis to minimize variation in the various processes that the customer employed, and helped to drive rapid and sustainable improvement to business processes.

Responsibilities: Managed and maintained continuous improvement activities for the Schott Solar facility here in Albuquerque. Was responsible for running projects to ensure that positive gains were made in quality matters, and that the goals of such activities were attained. Maintained and organized work team activities. Lead many continuous improvement activities, helped to align key business processes and metrics, and helped to drive rapid and sustainable improvement to the business practices utilized at the plant. Ran the monthly business update meetings and lead production presentations to the various shifts.

Responsibilities: As a Production supervisor, I lead and managed a work team of between 25 to 100 employees to help the group attain daily, weekly and monthly goals. As a Shift manager, a I was directly responsible for a shift of employees of between 75 to 150 employees, including manufacturing operators, engineers, maintenance techs, equipment specialists, etc. providing direction to the production supervisors, as well as to the various work groups that comprised the shift Managed all production operations leading towards meeting and/or surpassing goals and objectives. ERT team leader and safety committee leader.
