Customer Service Sales

I have spent most of the last ** years on the phone in an appointment setting and sales capacity building my insurance agency from scratch from a one-man operation during my college years to over 30 including remote and office staff. I have also hired and trained, as well as supervised my appointment setters, sales and customer service staff over the years and very experienced running day-to-day office operations. I'm very Tech and Web Savvy as I was there when the internet first went live and have been using computers etc since the early eighties. I have been told that I am "Sheldon Cooper" organized.

Am very comfortable prospecting and speaking B2B conversing with C-Level executives as well as general consumers (B2C) and am experienced with all Microsoft office and Google online products with great attention to detail. I have a separate, and quiet fully equipped home office available to me with business class high-speed internet (100Mbps). Am experienced with a number of CRM's as well. Have no issue working across all time zones.

I have had 1099 sales and appointment setting contractors working for me spread out over a number of states, so I understand the logistics of working remotely. Very good on the phone building rapport and relationships if needed, certainly not afraid of the telephone. I realized the necessity of looking for an opportunity to upsell in every phone conversation

Am now pretty much retired (age 57), selling my agency a couple of years back and am looking for a new viable long-term opportunity outside the insurance industry to be productive and keep busy, as I miss the day-to-day detail and phone work as well as client and prospect contact . I'm also available anytime business hours and more.
