IN PLANT

maintenance of motors both in HT(3.3kv) and LT(415v) in various KW by doing preventive and break down

problem attending in HT motors and LT motors when it not get started or starting trouble by using instruments

Problem attending in lighting circuits such as HPSV, tube light

Operation and maintenance of MCC, control panels

Solving problem in switch gear modules and breakers by analyzing electrical schematic diagram such as contact pick up, relay problem, MCCB

Knowledge in electrical switch gear diagram

Handling of breakers such as ACB,VCB

Know various electrical components such as EPB, Pull Chord, Zero speed sensor and knowing connections of it

Cable routing and erection work are known

Operation in control room for coal handling process

Handling electrical instruments such as multimeter, meggar both digital and analog, test lamp, clamp meter.

Periodically maintaining in battery bank such as voltage checking and specific gravity checking and fills distilled water
