Human Resource Manager

Developed the onsite HR role as the stand-alone HR Generalist supporting up to 160+ employees within several states. Partnered with the owners of the company on operational and strategic initiatives to support the growth of the company. (growth of 63%) Implemented and executed plans in support of company goals and objectives.
