Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with preparing, monitoring, and meeting schedules.

• Enforce all job-site safety procedures.

• Direct crews in proper installation of mechanical components

• Attend any and all job-site meetings as required

• Maintain all MSDS, Hazcom, etc materials as required

• Maintain all EAS vehicles to manufacturers specifications

• Required inspections of ladders, harnesses, tools, etc

• Responsible for general job-site appearance

Qualifications

Mr. Webb has 24 + years of experience in the Mechanical & Plumbing industry. He has been a Superintendent with Environmental Air Systems for 6 years. Robbie is knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC,Process Piping & Industrial piping systems. He is skilled in steam/condensate, steam station’s, chilled & heating hot water sytem’s, condenser water piping, installation of natural gas piping, setting and piping boiler’s, chiller’s, pumps, cooling towers, air separator’s, expansion tanks, heat exchanger’s, Air Handler’s, Fan Coil Unit’s, Vav’s etc. He is very experienced with reading blueprint’s, BIM Coordination, Pre-Frabication, Material Take-off’s His experience and dedication to complete projects on time and under budget makes him an invaluable team member to EAS.
