Liable for liaising with application development team for the bug fix

Involved in Incident Management, Change Management, Server & Database Capacity Management and Application Management.

To formulate and implement the Change Requests as per the client’s requirements using UNIX and Oracle

To handle engrossment in UAT release and production release activities

To manage automated scripts in Application using shell scripting

To provide resolution to the tickets so as to reduce the recurring tickets through problem management and thus leading a higher customer satisfaction
