Effectively manage a portfolio of IT Assets, Suppliers and Processes to deliver efficiently on budget, technology and deployment goals. Responsible for Vendor Relationship Management for end to end IT supply chain including sourcing process improvements that have led to enhanced productivity and results. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to enhance sourcing in addition to maintenance of inventory and computer budget. Lead audits of Computer Equipment Inventories within supply chain and throughout individual departments. Provide over 80 hours of customer training on computer equipment budget and request processes annually.
