PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

JABIL CIRCUIT, St. Petersburg, FL 1992 - 2016

Electronics solutions company providing comprehensive electronics design, production and product management services to global electronics and technology companies.

Project Engineer (2016)

Responsible for overlooking TESLA motors manufacturing.

Work diligently on Scrap and Handling damage reduction through improved manufacturing processes.

Increase manufacturing deliveries to $19.3M which was never achieved before.

Created new processes that were new at Jabil.

Project Engineer (2014-2016)

Responsible for overlooking two major customers (GE and UTC)

Launched UTC, a new customer to Jabil accommodating circuit card assemblies for the new BOEING 787 Dreamliner.

Optained all pertinent documents and processes to launch NPI activities.

Created new processes that were never achieved before at Jabil.

Oversaw the startup of Lattitude Systems Inc. (LSI). A defrocking and filtration system company.

Coordinated and created BOM and structure after careful reverse engineering of prototype equipment. Worked diligently with mechanical engineers utilizing the waterworks software to layout and design and electrical requirements for the newly designed mobile trucks.

Global Operations Manager (2009-2011)

Coordinated and implemented standardized manufacturing procedures across multiple global facilities, to include Belgium, Poland, Scotland, Mexico, Vietnam, India, US, and Canada. Conducted on-site management training on effective manufacturing processes to contain costs and optimize productivity.

Selected Projects:

Nortel (valued at $500M); completed in Mexico and Montreal facilities. Reduced costs by $20M through accurate material purchase and allocation, training staff on process improvements, ensuring compliance with manufacturing processes, and minimizing material waste and overruns.
