MY PROJECTS

1. Redesign data-charging system on Mobile operator (Full project manager). Existing system based on Cisco CSG, CBOSS data charging platform(quota engine, rating agent etc). New system include DPI on GGSN, standalone Diameter Proxy to convert from RFC4006 to RFC3588 (CBOSSdiameter, SCAPv1), AAA(freeradius) and Mediation (Postpaid charging). 2. The telecom Billing system SWAP:

Swapping from CBOSS Billing system to Huawei CBS. Responsible for integration new VAS products (also VAS products were swapped)

3. Multiplay. Full technical project manager.

Tender commission team. Technical evaluation of proposal. Related services:

MY PRODUCTS

Developed products under my managing:

1. Diameter Proxy Server.

Developed to support different vendor specific GGSN Gy and Gx interface with OCS and PCRF nodes. 2. Telecom Billing system.

The Billing system was developed from scratch for FTTx, TV,OTT,M2M and SIP services and under production starting from January 2015.

3. Web2Diameter.

This application was developed by myself for converting from the http request to the diameter protocol(RFC3588) . Used for charging and AAA process.

Language: Java.

4. MyInsignia.

Using reverse engineering, i was able to control my GM Epsilon II platform based car via development board.
