Preparing & Revising Quality plan, Control plan, PFD, PFMEA, SOP, and Work instruction

Layout inspection, Process audit, Product audit & Traceability audit and drive actions against Non conformance to bring robust process.

Handling Customer 8D S and QPCR for in-house Non conformance products.

Conducting Process Capability studies (Cp, Cpk) for new products along with R&D team.
