Ensure HAZMAT labels are being applied boxes/cartons. Print productivity reports for the team, so that they know their productivity level and where improvements need to be made if any.

Use problem solving skills to fix troubled shipments that could not be received into the system. Create work orders for shipments that could not be received in due to PO issues, overage, shortage, damage or mis-deliveries. Contact the CPa or MPa, so that they can assist in resolving the issues. Communicate with other team members via e-mail, phone, and instant messaging, so that issues can be resolved. Insured that inventory was accurate by performing cycle counts and fixed all inventory discrepancies through work orders. Operate all equipment such as reach truck, cherry picker and sit down forklift.
