Participation in a number of ongoing projects, piloting, and one-off experimentation was required.
Duties from plant growth through RNA purification primarily on the Biomek robot as well as at the bench methods, QC of samples utilizing Qiaxcel, Synergy, nanodrop and PCR, and entry into the database, wiki, as well as experiment files.
