Production Supervisor
Management of production and materials supply supporting 3rd shift production. Management of up to 30 employees and worked directly with Quality Control in an effort to have zero defects and accuracy of orders. Started tracking and improved overall shift efficiency by more than 10%.
Designed and outsourced wall mounted work stations and shelving, creating 5S/Lean work stations.
Developed process improvements and set standards for shift reports that included individual OEE and implemented it across channels for a more fluid high performing work team.

Extrusion Operator
Management of plastic extrusion machines that produced composite decking. Development and implementation of process improvements that tracked line efficiency based on reduction of scrap and reducing machine downtime. Once implemented, it became standard daily practice that was instrumental in eliminating excessive downtime.

GATE PRECAST 2008 to 2010
Quality Control/Floor Engineer
Responsible for quality inspections on concrete products used to produce various segments of buildings and evaluating molds for defects or inaccurate metrics.
Performed quality audits/inspections of concrete samples throughout the day to ensure industry standards were being met.
Aligned molds with blueprints to ensure the assigned quality metrics were met.
Once concrete had been poured into molds, measured and checked hardware in the rear of the panels which significantly reduced defects to the customer.
