Working with Anand international ( Andheri East ) as Export Documentation Executive from April 2012 to Till date.

Worked in Aims Export as Export Assistance ( Worli ) for 2 Year From Jan 2010 to april 2012.

Worked at Khimji Kuvarji & co. as a office Assistance ( fort )for 1 year 2009 to 2010.

Preparing Pre & Post Shipment Documents, Knowledge & Handling of pre & post shipment document which include commercial invoices, packing list, L/C documents, Importing country certification, Customs/ Insurance declaration Certificate of Origin & many more document prepared as per customer Requirement.

Job Responsibilities :

Entire Export Documentation (pre-shipment & Post shipment document ), Preparing commercial & custom invoices, packing list, Bills of lading.

Handling nomination shipment taking approval from Buyer and planned shipment as per their instruction co-ordinate with nomination agent.

Preparing Importing country certification, Customs/ Insurance declaration Certificate of Origin, GSP Form A etc.

Placed booking from forwarder co-ordinate with Agent keep tracking of shipment.

Follow up from forwarder, co-loader regarding timely cargo stuffing & updating to senior on mail.

Coordination with the Factory, Production team & CHA’s for clearance of export document. Practical knowledge about all CFS & Customs works / Operation, Also having knowledge about all types Cargo examine/Process, Knowledge of operational activities, stuffing custom clearance, loading unloading cargo point.

Preparing B/L Draft, checking first print of B/L and finalize Bills of lading as per customer requirement or as per L/C .

Sending scan copies of documents to customer after receipt of Bills of Lading.

Coordination with the Insurance company regarding insurance matters.

Submission of Post shipment documents for negotiation upto obtaining Bank realization certificate.

Informing tracking Number of courier to customer with regards to Original shipping documents.

Arranging sample shipment through courier & tracking number mailing to customer as well as related department. Tracking the consignment till it reaches to destination & informing delay/early reaching of consignment to customer with reason.

Taking care of Duty Drawback related matters (Post shipment incentive).

Liaison with Bank for negotiating of bank documents as per requirement.

To maintain co-ordination between related department.

Handling DGFT matters also handling matters related to DEPB license (post export incentive scheme & drawback).

Preparing Carton making and Shipment label as per buyer requirements in system.

Keeping register, excel report of shipment or maintaining file all export document.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
