Responsibilities :

Working as an Principal Technical Specialist in the Testing & Debugging department, in which performing a job task of Assistant Engineer Involved in handling the product of Agilent PCBAs, those are used in the Functional-Circuit Tester (FCT) with In-Circuit Test (ICT)

Technical with administrative experience:

Leading a team of Test Technicians and also working as one of the team member.

Support and analyze device testing to improve test yield of the products.

Implement or develop test program and test hardware to support product sort and final test activities.

Maintain proper documentation, eg. Test reports, test software, resource and library etc.

Knowledge of SAP Logon 720 for verifying the parts and components of various PCBA.

Develop new test equipment, test setup, procedures and software tools to automate test activities.

Conduct products testing and validation.

Provide product Technical reports.

Evaluate the performance of components, modules and systems and to recommend upgrading and modification where necessary.

Test fixture design and build.

Perform Assembling, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of all testers (AGILENT 3070, RF & Mixed Signal testers) such as FCT, SCREEN TESTER, Galleon tester, Panther Testers etc

Debug and rework of defective PCBs, in order to gain a basic technical work experience.

Perform failure analysis and finding the root cause of the defective pcbs.

Reporting the Test Engineer and Managers regarding the test equipment assets, its status and Test operator performance report.
