ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Orchestrated a Zero-Injury Safety Culture that slashed the cost of injuries from $1 to $0.02 per man-hour within a three year period.

Originated, received Board of Directors’ Approval and Administrated “a life enhancement program” that changed the lives of over 20,000 craftsmen, increasing productivity by 10% and resulting in savings of more than $100 million over the life of the project.

Co-Conducted Client’s Safety Health Environmental & Security effort, which resulted in over 100,000,000 man-hours w/o Lost Time Injury (LTI) between Barzan Onshore / Offshore projects.

Achieved 30,000,000 man-hours LTI free from Nov 2000 to May of 2001 in Saudi Aramco.

Guided the energies that exceeded 364 days without a LTI for a seismic crew in the Nigerian delta in 1990, breaking existing company records.

Directed and steered the effort that change the worst man-camp into the best man-camp in Ras Laffan following a riot.

Re-designed Man-Camp kitchens (two 9,000pp per meal, serving five nationality) to improve process flow by 50% and reduce cross contamination by 66%.

Led Health and Safety efforts on several projects with over 10 million man-hours without a LTI.

A greenfield/brownfield project (estimated TIC of $5Billion) in Ras Laffan City, Qatar. Construction of onshore inlet and receiving facilities, utilities, two LNG Trains (7.8 MTA each), two Marine LNG Loading Berths, five 144,000m3 LNG storage tanks, and accommodation camps for approx. 22,500 workers.

At project peak, more than 28,800 workers were on site, earning over 1.8million+ man-hours per week. Over 240 million man-hours worked at project completion. Achieved a cumulative LTIFR of 0.03 and a TRIF of 0.33 for the entire project
