•Extensive background in performing laboratory procedures, phlebotomy draws, specimen preparation, blood processing, blood typing, and DNA extraction

•Skilled in clerical/administrative duties including data entry and analysis using Microsoft Word and Excel

•Background in patient scheduling and coordinating donor payments
