Formulated a variety of polymer-catalytic systems for the use in catalyst storage and recovery. Composed the multistep synthesis of different diblock copolymers in an oxygen free environment and binding them to the desired catalyst.

Developed my skills using liquid nitrogen for oxygen free techniques for the synthesis and confirmation of organic structure of a variety of polymer systems.

Worked on and developed a novel analytical method based on measuring changes in impedance and phase angle as a function of molecular size and –OH group position. This work represents application of the impedance behavior of microscopic interdigitated electrode (IDE) arrays in media of varying dielectric constant to chemical analysis.

Reinforced my abilities at handling large data sets using Excel, filtering large volumes of raw data for concise easy to read interpretations, sharpened my skills in analytical chemistry techniques, as well as developing new analytical techniques.
