Oversees and control the Custom Care Kit (CCK) and supervises 12 full-time employees and average of 10 to 15 temporary personnel. Pick, pack and process orders in CCK area. Administrative duties include: supervision of area personnel, compliance of customer service by shipping of customer orders in a timely manner by ground (UPS) and air (Federal Express). Maintains 99.9% accuracy, maintains a variety of monthly reports. I worked closely with QA Batch Release in determining when stock kits or product will be released so that I can accurately relay this information to the Customer Service (Irvine).
