M/s Jamna Auto is engaged in the manufacturing of the leaf springs for commercial and passenger vehicles. M/s Jamna Auto is manufacturing both, conventional and parabolic type leaf springs. M/s Jamna is serving the automotive sector by its own five plants on various locations in India.

Worked with M/s.Avon Ispat and Power Ltd, Ludhiana (An ISO 9001: 2000 Certified Co.) as Incharge Maint. (Hydraulics and Mechanical) from August 1999 to January 2010. M/s Avon Ispat is a group company of M/s Avon Group of Companies Ludhiana. M/s Avon Ispat is engaged in the manufacturing of hot rolled coiled steel strips.

Worked with M/s. Texla Plastics And Metals Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana as an Asst Manager (Injection Moulding) from July 1996 to August 1999. M/s. Texla Plastics And Metals Pvt Ltd is a group company of M/s. Texla Television Group.M/s Texla Plastics engaged in the production of plastic items e.g. TV cabinets, Road Safety Indicators, Plastic moulds.

PRESENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all maintenance related activities within the factory premises as well as sister concerns situated in same city.

Responsible for the activities related to budgeting for maintenance department.

Responsible for effective implementation of system including ACMA and 5 S requirements in the department.

Responsible for strict adherence to the schedule for preventive maintenance.

Responsible for analysis of the data related to break downs through why-why technique.

Responsible for all activities related to TPM under the guidance of our Japanees consultant.

Responsible for new machine selection.

Any other task which is assigned by CMD / Unit Head at time to time.

Liasioning with the outside parties for different type of works related to maintenance e.g. AMCs for machines, erection and commissioning of new machines.
