Successfully transitioned HRIS/payroll from Oracle/Kronos to ADP, and all employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, Compass Accident) in 8 weeks to transition to TC Transcontinental Packaging ownership.
Responsible for 401k administration including annual audit, annual true up, delinquent loans.
Facilitate and manage talent development processes which includes annual leadership review process and performance/individual development plan tracking, completion, and auditing.
Supported the facility in preparing for the first Safe Quality Foods Audit by preparing job descriptions, training checklists, visitor sign in process, and partner education. The audit earned a Level 3 Certification with a score of 97.
Support 2 facilities with 200 employees in HR functions. Facilities reached 952 days without a Medical Treatment Accident.
Successfully passed the first audit for Wal-Mart’s Ethical Sourcing Program Audit with no findings.

Strategically planned to staff 36 expansion positions within 3 months to avoid over staffing of the Fairview Facility for a string cheese expansion.
Developed a training program for new team advisors to follow with a cross functional team throughout Schreiber. Created the training for Team Advisors in cultured, distribution, and quality roles. Provided topics for relevant simulations, support department discussions, and gaining knowledge through a mentoring partnership.
Co-coordinated the 2012 Carthage United Way Drive. The Fairview facility raised $20,353 and had 78% participation throughout all partners.

Packaging Team Advisor: Shippensburg, PA January 2009-March 2011
Coordinated training within 3 months for the joining of 2 lines to run on straight time throughout 6 days of the week.
Provided leadership and training for the installment of a Douglas casepacker on the Whipped Cup line. The casepacker reduced head count by 4 partners across 2 shifts and eliminated repetitive motions on the line.
Supported the SQF initiative by training packaging partners, following up with tool accountability, and getting documents into document control. The 2010 audit yielded no outages on the packaging floor.
Prepared for 40 packaging partners to move to other areas of plant with no production downtime between May 2009-March 2011.
Bought a foil lift for the 3# line through the acquisition request process. This allowed partners to handle foil changes in a safer and quicker manner.
