Took over the Cash Reporting application from a number of consultants from New York.

Brought the application to the first release of our Web Platform.

Learned the application, the environment and completing the coding.

Lead the effort to construct a series of Billing programs, which accumulated various customers’ statistics on our Web Platform.

Developed a number of generic classes and helped train two other programmers in Java and on this particular application.

Chosen to be the lead developer of the Cash Reporting and Forms applications and was in charge of two other developers for about a year and a half.

Chosen to lead the effort to reconstruct the Forms application.

Developed a prototype, which redefined the GUI look and feel and implemented an MVC model for the Java portion of the code.

Primary technical resource, I researched various platforms and decided on pursuing a Microsoft solution.

Worked closely with Microsoft representatives out of the Waltham office in order to secure an engagement with a Microsoft recommended consulting company.

Worked with the consulting staff in order to arrive at a technical design that would support the business requirements.

Responsible for developing two out of the first four modules in the system. Specifically I was involved with building the Master Files, Textile, and Order Entry modules.

Worked heavily on the PC area converting the "C" programs to a rewrite of Freestyle. The underlying programming environment was very similar to MS-Windows.
