Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare designs concept proposal within the client preference and budget

- Work around with the proposed budget to create plans that meet the client requirements

- Specify important details for a project such as cost estimates, materials, and assumed duration of construction

- Exchange information and ideas with other building services to accommodate the client requirements within the proposed budget.

- Document and keep record of architectural designs and other relevant information required for filing purposes

- Produce computer data and graphical presentation according to sketch and data using CAD software.

- Coordinate with other disciplines in ensuring that all Architectural works is complementing the requirements of Structural, Mechanical/ Electrical /Plumbing (MEP) prior to issue and released any drawings and documents at site.

- Supervise the activities of draftsman in to ensure the accuracy and quality of their drawings and maintain the company standard and policies

- Coordinate with specialty vendors, regarding furniture's, furnishing sanitary and hardware systems to be specified to the projects.

- Prepare graphics design/layout for client’s approval.

- Responsible for the complete production of Architectural drawings package
