Sr. Program Manager for Member Requirements Management (MRM) system (PEGA). Leading a cross functional team of over 150+ members and a budget of 52M.
Delivered MRM to the sales and service group within 6 months of the full team kickoff. This new capability reduced average handle time by ~15%, and customer satisfaction has increased.
Rolled the new MRM capability out to over 700 users 6 months after the initial deployment. The quick ramp to all users across the U.S. was key to realizing the value and decommissioning legacy systems.

PMO Program/Project Leader, responsible for leading the Product Data Management (PDM) program for Intel. Responsible for PDM integration with up/down stream systems, regression testing, budgeting, success metrics, road maps and stakeholder management. Managed the project prioritization and resource management process. Responsible for the financial budget and annual planning process.
Sr. Program/Integration Manager for PDM: led cross functional teams integrating the PDM application suite, improving data quality by 7%, productivity by 13% and throughput time by 67% for product setups. This was accomplished by eliminating multiple data touch points, data accountability and integration of PDM systems to automate processes.

Program Manager: Led the first strategic IT project initiatives for the Factory loading optimization projects across all business segments (CPU’s, Chipsets, Flash memory, embedded, etc.). Results: improved factory wafer loading optimization by 9%, improving output of product mixes to meet customer demand.

Member of the project team that developed the algorithm to calculate future demand forecasts.
